Refund policy

Cancelations / Tardies
IVUSE allows a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Cancelations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to accommodate cancelations outside the 24-hour window due to scheduling and prescription processing times.

I, the client, will be responsible for a $50 late cancelation fee for any missed or canceled visits not made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If I, the client, default on my account, I understand that I will be subject to finance and/or legal fees in addition to the total account balance.

Refunds / Credits
In the event that the medical professional is unable to prescribe or perform services due to circumstances outside the client’s control or for reasons related to the patient’s medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund or credit. Otherwise, payment is due at the time of booking or service.

Client specific orders and prescriptions are customized and are NOT refundable once shipped OR taken outside the clinic. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Medication, treatment supplies or any other personal products are NOT refundable once shipped OR taken outside the clinic. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do NOT guarantee results. Experiences are unique. Treatment outcomes are individualized and can NOT be predicted.

We reserve the right to DECLINE service for individuals who behave in any discourteous manner, negatively impact client safety, compromise business integrity or present any type of liability.
