Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We’re here to help!

How do I sign up?

To get started, simply complete the IVUSE Questionnaire to see if you're a good candidate for our program.

How long before I see results?

Everyone's body is unique and results cannot be guarantedd.  On average, IVUSE Members lose 2-9 lbs per week, and up to 20% of their total body weight within 3-6 months.

Do you require labwork?

Labs help your clinician to better understand your medical history and the best treatment path for you. If you’ve recently done lab work, we’ll accept it. If you don’t have recent labs, your clinician will determine if you’re a good candidate for medical weight loss.

Do you take insurance?

We accept HSA / FSA. We also support Afterpay, Cherry, and CareCredit payment alternatives.

When will I receive my medication?

Please allow 2-4 BUSINESS days for payment and prescription processing, and 1-2 BUSINESS days for shipping.

What side effects should I expect?

IVUSE provides a variety of different weight management medications tailored to your unique biology, behaviors, and preferences. We will work with you to explain the specific side effects you could encounter with your specific medications. However, the most common side effects are, but not limited to nausea, headache, dehydration and constipation.

Are the medications safe?

The medications we prescribe are backed by board-certified physicians and have been proven safe and effective through clinically-assisted weight management trials.

Do I need to make changes to my diet?

Most of the medications that our clinicians prescribe are appetite suppressants, which means that you may not feel the same level of cravings that you typically do. Remember, a balanced diet and regular exercise should be included as normal parts to any weight management program.

Is my medical information protected?

Yes. As a healthcare company, we take member privacy very seriously and have implemented strict security protocols to protect your information.

Who are the clinicians at IVUSE?

All of our providers are US-licensed and board-certified with years of clinical experience. IVUSE also works with specialists and leaders in the industry to construct a program that fits each person’s unique biology, behaviors, and preferences.
